Section 616C.018 - Panel of physicians and chiropractors: Hearing and decision on appeal of suspension or removal1. The Administrator will schedule a hearing for a physician or chiropractor suspended or removed from the panel of physicians and chiropractors within 15 days after the receipt of the petition for a hearing.2. The physician or chiropractor must be notified of the Administrator's decision on the petition within 5 days after the hearing.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.018
