Section 616C.2823 - Failure to respond to request for determination1. If an insurer fails to respond to a written request for a determination within 30 days after receipt of such a request, the person who made the request may: (a) File a request for a hearing before a hearing officer pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 616C.315; or(b) Resubmit the written request for a determination to the insurer.2. A failure to file a request for a hearing within the time period specified in subsection 3 of NRS 616C.315 does not preclude a person from resubmitting a written request for a determination to the insurer.Nev.
