Section 616C.2755 - Assistance in interpreting English language during proceedings1. A party, other than a person with a communications disability, who requires assistance in interpreting the English language during any hearing held before a hearing officer must arrange for such assistance, at no cost to the Hearings Division, before the scheduled hearing.2. A party who requires assistance in interpreting the English language during any proceeding before an appeals officer must notify the appeals officer in writing at least 10 days before the hearing that such assistance is required. The appeals officer shall appoint an interpreter and arrange for the interpreter to attend the hearing at no cost to the party who requires such assistance.3. As used in this section, "person with a communications disability" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 50.050.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.2755
