Section 616C.260 - DefinitionsAs used in NAC to 616C.336, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Hearings Division" means the Hearings Division of the Department of Administration.2. "Licensed representative" means a person who is licensed pursuant to NAC 616C.350 to 616C.377, inclusive.3. "Senior appeals officer" means the appeals officer designated by the Director of the Department of Administration pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 232.215 to supervise the administrative, technical and procedural activities of the Hearings Division.Nev.
