Section 616C.530 - Full-time students1. For the purpose of administering NRS 616C.505, the Division considers a dependent child over 18 years of age to be a full-time student while the child is actually enrolled and actively engaged in a course of education which will result in:(a) A credit of at least 12 semester hours or their equivalent toward a degree;(b) A certificate of qualification; or(c) The child's graduation from an accredited institution.2. The child's status as a full-time student does not apply during any period of vacation or break between semesters if the period or break encompasses 30 days or more.Nev. Admin. Code § 616C.530
