Section 610.810 - Provision for selection

In addition to the development of a written plan for affirmative action to ensure the prompt achievement of full and equal opportunity in apprenticeship, each sponsor shall further provide in its program for affirmative action that the selection of apprentices will be made under one of the methods specified in NAC 610.815 to 610.860, inclusive.
