Section 610.740 - Establishment by Council1. If a sponsor fails to submit goals and timetables as part of its plan of affirmative action, or submits goals and timetables which are unacceptable, and if the Council determines that the sponsor has deficiencies in the number of women or minority persons, the Council will establish goals and timetables applicable to the sponsor for the admission of women and minority persons into a pool of eligible persons, or some other method of selection of apprentices.2.
