Section 608.285 - Notification of issuance or denial of certificate

If a certificate is issued, the Administrator will send a copy to the employer. If issuance of a certificate is denied, the Administrator will notify the employer in writing and inform him of the reasons for the denial and his right to petition for review under NAC 608.365.
