Section 604A.170 - Delivery to customer of notice of opportunity to enter into repayment plan1. A licensee who is required to provide a customer with written notice of the opportunity to enter into a repayment plan pursuant to NRS 604A.475 may deliver the written notice to the customer using any method of delivery that generates a record of the delivery.2.
