Section 604A.070 - Grounds for refusal to renew license

The Commissioner may refuse to renew a license if the licensee violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 604A of NRS, or NRS 658.055 or 658.098, including, without limitation, a provision that imposes a fee or assessment on the licensee.
