Section 600.020 - Classification of services for service marks

The general classes of services for which a service mark may be registered are as follows:

1. Miscellaneous.

2. Advertising and business.

3. Financial and insurance.

4. Construction and repair.

5. Communications.

6. Transportation and storage.

7. Material treatment.

8. Education and entertainment.
