Section 599B.800 - Copies of transcript1. A party may obtain a copy of the transcript of a hearing from the official reporter upon payment of the fees fixed therefor.2. A party who files a petition for judicial review pursuant to chapter 233B of NRS shall pay for the costs of the transcript as follows:(a) If made by the division from a tape recording, $2 per page; or(b) If prepared by the official reporter, the costs or fees charged by the official reporter for preparing the transcript.Nev.
