Section 587.140 - Flower seeds: Germination standards

The kinds of flower seeds listed below are those for which standard testing procedures have been prescribed and therefore are required to be labeled with the germination percentage. For those kinds marked with an asterisk, the percentage is the total of percentage of germination and percentage of hard seed. For all other kinds, it is the percentage of germination:
