Section 583.Sec. 23 - NEW

Any person who holds a license to operate a custom processing establishment issued pursuant to section 13 shall:

1. Tag each carcass, meat or poultry and the parts therefrom with a "Not For Sale" tag in accordance with the provisions of 9 C.F.R. § 316.16; and
2. Keep any product for custom processing separate from any other products that are subject to inspection.
