Section 576.630 - Suspension, revocation or refusal to renew certificate

The Department may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a certified produce vendor's certificate issued to a person pursuant to NAC 576.540 if the Department determines that the person violated the provisions of NAC 576.500 to 576.640, inclusive.
