Section 571.602 - "Accredited veterinarian" defined

"Accredited veterinarian" means a licensed veterinarian approved by the Administrator and the Veterinary Services of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the United States Department of Agriculture in accordance with the provisions of 9 C.F.R. Part 161.
