As used in sections 2 to 10, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Firewood" means unprocessed kindling, logs, timber or any other portion of a tree of any species that:(a) Is cut or split or intended to be cut or split into a form and size appropriate for use as fuel for fires in an open pit, grill, fireplace, stove, wood burning furnace or related device; and(b) Is or will be transported, offered, exposed or held for sale in this State.2. "Invasive species" means any species not native to this State that the State Quarantine Officer has determined may cause economic or environmental harm and has the potential to spread within the State.3. "Person" means a natural person or a business, corporation, partnership, association or organization.Nev. Admin. Code § 554.Sec. 2
