Section 519A.552 - "Plan" defined

"Plan" means a plan of operation filed with and approved by the United States Bureau of Land Management or the United States Forest Service or a plan for reclamation filed with and approved by the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
