Section 504.415 - Approval and payment of claims1. If the Department approves a claim that is filed by a claimant, the Director of the Department or the Director's designee shall sign the form required by NAC 504.411 and date his or her signature.2. The Department shall pay each approved claim as soon as is practicable, but not later than 30 working days after the Director or the Director's designee signs the form required by NAC 504.411.Nev.
