Section 504.400 - Subsequent discovery of damage on another site1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, if a claimant files a claim for damage on one site and then discovers damage on another site, the claimant must file a separate claim for the damage on the second site, but is not required to enter into a second cooperative agreement.2.
