Section 487.370 - Transfer of ownership of salvage vehicle: Conditions requiring duplicate salvage title or nonrepairable vehicle certificate

If a person transfers the ownership of a salvage vehicle by properly endorsing a salvage title or nonrepairable vehicle certificate, as a result of which all the spaces on the reverse side of the title or certificate are filled in or struck through, the new owner may not transfer ownership of the vehicle until after he or she obtains a duplicate salvage title or nonrepairable vehicle certificate.
