Section 483.745 - Required licensing; transferability of license1. A person shall not operate a school for drivers in this State unless he or she is licensed by the Department.2. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 483.777, a person shall not act as an instructor in a school for drivers unless the person holds a valid license to do so issued by the Department.3. Any license issued pursuant to the provisions of NRS 483.700 to 483.780, inclusive, is personal to the licensee and is not transferable to any person.Nev. Admin. Code § 483.745
