Section 483.712 - "Behind-the-wheel training" defined

"Behind-the-wheel training" means the portion of a course of training provided by a school for training drivers which is taught through the operation of a motor vehicle under real conditions and which is characterized by a student driving on a driving range, on the street, or both, while under the direction of a licensed instructor.
