1. Each application for the renewal of a driver's license using an online transaction must: (a) Be made upon a web-based form furnished by the Department;(b) Be accompanied by the fees required pursuant to NRS 483.410 and NAC 483.900; and(c) Include such information as the Department may require to complete the application.2. If the applicant is an employee of the Federal Government or on active military duty, or the dependent of such a person, the application for renewal must be accompanied by a digital attestation by the applicant that he or she is: (a) On active military duty or a dependent of such a person; or(b) Employed by the Federal Government or a dependent of such a person.3. The Department will include in the online application for the renewal of a driver's license the opportunity for the applicant to indicate on his or her renewed driver's license that the applicant wishes to be a donor of all or part of his or her body pursuant to NRS 451.500 to 451.598, inclusive, or that the applicant refuses to make an anatomical gift of his or her body or part of his or her body.4. The Department will provide, during the process of the online renewal of a driver's license, the opportunity for an applicant to opt out of automatic voter registration or to correct information currently in the registrar of voters' register.5. The Department may deny an online application for the renewal of a driver's license for the purposes of requesting from the applicant additional information necessary to complete the application.Nev.
