Section 483.79915 - "Commercial learner's permit" or "permit" defined"Commercial learner's permit" or "permit" means a permit to operate a commercial motor vehicle issued under or granted by the laws of this State, including:
1. A permit obtained in accordance with NRS 483.290, but excluding the application of the provisions of paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of that section; and2. The future privilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle by a person who does not hold a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit.Nev. Admin. Code § 483.79915
