Section 477.305 - Separate licenses; replacement if license or certificate lost or destroyed1. A separate license is required for each business location.2. A duplicate license or certificate of registration may be issued to replace a license or certificate which has been lost or destroyed upon the submission of a written statement from the licensee or the registrant to the State Fire Marshal attesting that the license or certificate of registration has been lost or destroyed.
