Section 477.137 - "Installer of medical gas systems" defined

"Installer of medical gas systems" means a person who works for a company that is licensed by the State Fire Marshal to install medical gas distribution systems and whose work includes, without limitation, the installation, maintenance, repair, inspection and testing of a medical gas distribution system to keep the system and its components in an operative condition.
