Section 459.7615 - "Safety review" defined

"Safety review" means a periodic review provided by the licensee for its employees on radiation safety as it relates to well logging. The review may include, as appropriate:

1. The results of internal inspections;

2. New procedures or equipment;

3. Accidents or errors that have been observed; and

4. Safety questions of employees.
