Section 459.0525 - "Naturally occurring or accelerator-produced radioactive material" defined

"Naturally occurring or accelerator-produced radioactive material" includes naturally occurring radioactive material, including materials generated by accelerators used in subatomic particle physics research, and accelerator-produced radioactive material. The term does not include by-product, source or special nuclear material.
