Section 459.042 - "High radiation area" defined

"High radiation area" means any area, accessible to persons, in which radiation from a source of radiation external to the body exists at such levels that a person could receive a dose equivalent in excess of 0.1 rem (1 millisievert) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from:

1. The source of radiation; or
2. Any surface that the radiation penetrates.
