Section 459.8185 - Tests by licensee or DivisionEach licensee shall perform, or permit the Division to perform, any tests the Division deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of NAC 459.800 to 459.8225, inclusive, including tests of:
1. Radioactive wastes and facilities used for the receipt, storage, treatment, handling and disposal of radioactive wastes;2. Instruments for the detection and measurement of radiation; and3. Other equipment and devices used in connection with the receipt, possession, handling, treatment, storage and disposal of radioactive waste.Nev. Admin. Code § 459.8185
