Section 459.8045 - "Inadvertent intruder" defined

"Inadvertent intruder" means a person who occupies a disposal area after its closure and engages in normal activities, such as agriculture or the construction of a dwelling, in which he or she may unknowingly be exposed to radiation from the waste.
