Section 459.875 - Audit and inspection prerequisite to licensing

To obtain qualification of his or her program for packaging radioactive waste, an applicant for a license must submit to the authorized inspector a request to have an audit and inspection of the program. No license may be issued until an audit and inspection has been completed.
