All documents in the possession of the registry which contain names of patients, providers of health care, health care facilities or other facilities that provide screening, diagnostic or therapeutic services to patients with respect to cancer and other neoplasms or medical laboratories are confidential except the list of names of medical laboratories, health care facilities or other facilities that provide screening, diagnostic or therapeutic services to patients with respect to cancer and other neoplasms which report information to the registry.
