Section 453D.345 - Submission of applications electronically

An applicant submitting an application for a marijuana establishment agent registration card pursuant to NAC 453D.340 or renewing, amending, changing or replacing a marijuana establishment agent registration card shall submit the application electronically in the format prescribed by the Department.
