Section 453D.180 - Confidentiality of information received by Department relating to security of marijuana establishment

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 and NAC 453D.185, any information received by the Department related to the security of a marijuana establishment is confidential and must not be disclosed by the Department.
