Section 449.157 - "Administrator" defined"Administrator" means a person:
1. Who is licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Administrators of Facilities for Long-Term Care pursuant to chapter 654 of NRS;2. Whose name appears on a license issued by the Bureau as administrator of record for a residential facility; and3. Who is legally responsible for the care of residents and the daily operation of the facility.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.157
