Section 449.99724 - Limitation on number of patients; insurance1. A recovery center shall: (a) Not admit more patients to the facility than the number of beds for which it is licensed at any one time.(b) Maintain a contract of insurance to ensure adequate coverage against liabilities resulting from claims incurred in the course of its operation.2. A certificate of insurance must be furnished to the Division as evidence that the contract of insurance required pursuant to subsection 1 is in force, and a license must not be issued until that certificate is furnished. Each certificate of insurance must contain an endorsement providing for 30 days' notice to the Bureau before the effective date of a cancellation or nonrenewal of the policy.Nev. Admin.
