Section 449.7479 - Referral of patients when services not available; provision of services; bonding of staff1. If services needed by a patient are not available from a nursing pool, it must assist in directing the patient to other resources in the community.2. Services must be provided only by qualified personnel under the supervision of a physician who is licensed to practice in this State. Necessary qualifications include licensure, registration, certification or the equivalent, as required by state and federal law, for professional registered nurses, practical nurses and nursing assistants.3. A nursing pool must secure an appropriate bond for each member of its staff who provides care directly to patients.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.7479
