Section 449.9701 - "Independent facility" defined

"Independent facility" means the owner or operator of a mobile unit who:

1. Is not a parent facility; and

2. Uses the mobile unit to operate a medical facility specified in subsections 1 to 13, inclusive, of NRS 449.0151.
