Section 449.329 - Admission of patientsA hospital shall:
1. Develop and carry out policies and procedures for admitting patients to the appropriate levels of care; and2. Ensure that each patient, or the parent, guardian or other person legally responsible for the patient, receives information about the proposed care of the patient.Nev. Admin. Code § 449.329
