Section 449.030 - "Case management services" defined

"Case management services" means a multistep process by which clients may receive assistance in accessing services, including, without limitation, services concerning health, mental health, education, vocation, employment, legal issues, child care, housing and aftercare for recovery from alcohol and drug abuse.
