Section 449.4518 - Liability for use of leased equipment

If a licensee leases a laser or other equipment to another ophthalmologist for the surgical treatment of patients by photorefractive keratectomy and laser in situ keratomeleusis, the licensee remains responsible for the services performed by the other ophthalmologist in the facility.
