1. If a provider is aggrieved by any sanction imposed pursuant to NAC 449.855 or any decision concerning the denial, suspension or revocation of a provisional certificate or certificate, the provider may submit a request for an appeal to the Administrator of the Division pursuant to the procedures set forth in NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive.2. Except in the case of an immediate termination of the provision of services pursuant to NAC 449.859, the effective date of a revocation is stayed upon receipt of a request for appeal until the hearing officer renders a decision regarding the appeal.Nev.
