Section 446.238 - Utensils and temperature measuring devices: Maintenance1. Utensils must be: (a) Maintained in a state of repair or condition that complies with the requirements of this chapter; or2. Food temperature measuring devices must be calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications as necessary to ensure their accuracy.3. Ambient air temperature measuring devices, water pressure measuring devices and water temperature measuring devices must be: (a) Maintained in good repair; and(b) Accurate within the intended range of use.Nev.
