Section 446.852 - Additional requirements

In order to protect the public health, the health authority may impose additional requirements to protect against health hazards related to the operation of a bed and breakfast facility. The health authority may:

1. Limit the amount of food preparation or procedures.

2. Prohibit some food items.

3. Require written standard operating procedures for some food items.
