Section 445B.456 - Severability

If any of the provisions of NAC 445B.400 to 445B.735, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
