Section 445B.432 - "Light-duty motor vehicle" defined"Light-duty motor vehicle" means:
1. A truck which has a gross vehicle weight rating of less than 8,500 pounds;2. A motor vehicle which is subject to the laws of this State requiring registration, is capable of transporting persons and has a capacity of 15 persons or less;4. Any other motor vehicle which is powered by gasoline, except a heavy-duty motor vehicle.Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.432
