Section 445B.4247 - "Gross vehicle weight rating" defined

"Gross vehicle weight rating" means the maximum weight at which a motor vehicle can be operated safely, as specified in pounds by the manufacturer on the certification label of the motor vehicle, as described in 49 C.F.R. Part 567.
