Section 445B.806 - "Transitional zero emission vehicle" defined"Transitional zero emission vehicle" means a vehicle that:
1. Meets the requirements set forth in section 1962.2(c)(2) of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816; and2. Qualifies for an allowance in accordance with section 1962.2(c)(3)(A) or (E) of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816.Nev. Admin.
